John Schlederer Is The Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Academies Australasia Group Limited (ASX:AKG) And They Just Picked Up 3.5% More Shares

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Academies Australasia Group Limited (ASX:AKG) Independent Non-Executive Chairman, John Schlederer, recently bought AU$116k worth of stock, for AU$0.30 per share. However, it only increased their shares held by 3.5%, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

Academies Australasia Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In fact, the recent purchase by Independent Non-Executive Chairman John Schlederer was not their only acquisition of Academies Australasia Group shares this year. Earlier in the year, they paid AU$0.25 per share in a AU$127k purchase. That implies that an insider found the current price of AU$0.31 per share to be enticing.
