Africa Energy Corp. announced that it expects to receive CAD 6.37605 million in funding Africa Energy Corp announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement to issue 47,230,000 shares at an issue price of CAD 0.135 per share for gross proceeds of CAD 6,376,050 ($4,500,000) on June 23, 2026. The transaction is subject to filings with and approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Insiders of the Company (as defined in the policies of the TSXV) are expected to subscribe for greater than 25% of the Offering. In connection with the Offering, the Company may pay finder's fees as permitted by the policies of the TSXV. The securities issued under the Offering to residents of Canada will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the closing date under applicable Canadian securities laws and, to the extent applicable, the concurrent exchange hold period pursuant to the policies of the TSXV.
