Tye Soon Limited Announces Appointment of Lee Ven How as Finance Director, Effective September 1, 2026 Tye Soon Limited appointed Lee Ven How as Finance Director, effective September 1, 2026. The Board has noted that Mr. Lee Ven How ("Mr. Lee") had been engaged by the Company since July 2025 to provide consultancy services in relation to enhancing certain finance functions for the group. The Board, with the concurrence of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, having regard to Mr. Lee Ven How's prior engagement and familiarity with the Company's operations and his qualifications, relevant working experience and other attributes, has considered Mr. Lee to be appropriate for appointment as the Finance Director of the Company. Following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Lee Ven How as the Finance Director of the Company.
