ZHONGMIN BAIHUI RETAIL GROUP LTD. had approved the appointment of Liao Lili as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Liao Lili shall assist the Chief Executive Officer in formulating the Company's strategies and development plans for each business segment and fully responsible for the operation and management of the assigned business segments. Liao Lili had served as General Manager in IOI (Xiamen) Commercial Management Co. Ltd. from June 2021 to April 2026, General Manager in Zhangzhou Tai Shang Wanda Plaza from May 2017 to June 2021, Assistant General Manager - Leasing & Operations in Xiamen Jimei Wanda Plaza from August 2017 to May 2020, Assistant General Manager - Leasing & Operations in Wanda Commercial Management Southeast Operations Centre from May 2017 to August 2017, and Assistant General Manager - Leasing & Operations in Xiamen California City Plaza from June 2012 to April 2017.
