Further, the company provides investment banking services, including financial advisory services for merger and acquisition, company valuation, tender offer, and financial advisory and underwriting service for the initial public offering, privatization advisory and implementation, project financing, debt restructuring, feasibility study, project valuation, and general advisory services; and cash management, private banking, and wealth and asset management services.
