Stream Ideas Group Limited Announces Changes to Its Board, Effective June 22, 2026 Stream Ideas Group Limited announced that Mr. Wong Tsz Tuk Alexis had been appointed as an executive director of the Company with effect from June 22, 2026. Mr. Wong, aged 60, had over 30 years of experience in corporate management, investment banking and corporate finance and consultancy. Mr. Wong had worked for reputable international accounting firms in consultancy division from 1988 to 1995. From 1995 to 2005, Mr. Wong took up senior positions in internal audit division of various reputable and sizeable financial institutions while his last position in this period was Head of Internal Audit Department, North and East Asia BNP Paribas, Hong Kong Branch. Mr. Wong served as the managing director and head of group internal audit division of Bank of China International Holdings Limited from September 2005 to August 2012. Mr. Wong was the chief operating officer in China Merchants Securities (Hong Kong) Limited from August 2012 to January 2016. Mr. Wong was currently the chief consultant of Star Canvas Limited. In China, Mr. Wong had been appointed as vice supervisor of Beijing Cultural Heritage Foundation since January 2026. Mr. Wong obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, in 1988. Mr. Wong was a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and was an associate member of Certified Information Systems Auditor and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. Mr. Wong had entered into a service contract with the Company for a term of three years commencing from June 22, 2026 and expiring on the third anniversary of the date of the service contract. Mr. Wong’s appointment was also subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with the articles of association of the Company and the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the GEM of the Stock Exchange. He would hold office until the first annual general meeting of the Company following his appointment and was eligible for re-election. Stream Ideas Group Limited also announced that Mr. Fu Tao had resigned as an Executive Director with effect from June 22, 2026 due to his other business commitment. Reported Earnings • May 29
