Xinyi Energy Holdings Limited Provides Preliminary Unaudited Consolidated Earnings Guidance for the Six Months Ended June 30, 2026

Xinyi Energy Holdings Limited provided preliminary unaudited consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ended June 30, 2026. For the period, the company expects net profit of the Group to decrease by 25% to 35%, as compared to the same amount of the net profit of HKD 449.8 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The expected decrease in the net profit for first half of 2026 was primarily attributable to (i) a decrease in on-grid electricity generation due to curtailment losses arising from consumption capacity constraints in certain PRC provinces, especially on the subsidised projects; (ii) following the implementation of the new electricity pricing policy in the PRC, the market-based electricity trading volume increased, and the market price of the electricity has been decreased; and (iii) following the Group's disposal of its 51% equity interest in Xinyi Solar (Tianjin) Limited ("Xinyi Solar Tianjin") in December 2025, Xinyi Solar Tianjin is no longer a wholly-owned subsidiary, but an associate of the Company.
