The Merchant Solutions segment provides value-added services to meet merchants’ online commerce and marketing, including targeted marketing services that enable merchants to acquire online customer traffic in various online advertising platforms; and technology services to connect local banks and other financial institutions with merchants to fulfil their financing needs. This segment also offers online advertising support and advertising account management services. It provides investment services. The company was founded in 2013 and is based in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China.
