Duiba Group Limited Announces Board Changes, Effective June 8, 2026 Duiba Group Limited announced that Mr. Cheng Peng tendered his resignation as an executive Director with effect from June 8, 2026 as he would like to devote more time to his personal development. Duiba Group Limited announced that Ms. Zhang Shuhua was appointed as a non-executive Director with effect from June 8, 2026. Ms. Zhang, aged 46, was appointed as a non-executive Director on June 8, 2026. Ms. Zhang joined the Group in June 2017 and currently serves as the financial controller of Hangzhou Duiba Internet Technology Co. Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and is presently responsible for overseeing the financial department of the Group. Ms. Zhang received a college diploma in accounting from Zhejiang College of Finance & Economics of the People’s Republic of China (currently known as Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics) in June 2009. She has obtained the intermediate professional qualification in accounting (accounting intermediate title). With over ten years of experience in full-process financial management across traditional manufacturing, internet financial services, and internet technology groups, Ms. Zhang brings extensive expertise in compliance and financial operations. Ms. Zhang's appointment is subject to retirement at the next annual general meeting of the Company, and Ms. Zhang will then be eligible for re-election in accordance with the articles of association of the Company.
