The company was formerly known as Tanduay Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to LT Group, Inc. in September 2012. The company was founded in 1854 and is headquartered in Taguig City, the Philippines. LT Group, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Tangent Holdings Corporation.
