(OTCPK:INSO) entered into Letter of Intent to acquire Wonder 7 Global, LLC on October 14, 2020. Subsequent to the completion of the Definitive Agreement, YEP's management team will take control of the new entity, implement a completely new management infrastructure, and bring current status with OTC Markets.
