Citigroup Has Two PFDs To Consider: N & R

Summary Citigroup Inc. offers two preferred stock options: C.PR.R (6.25% fixed-rate) and C.PR.N (7.875% fixed/floating TruPS). C.PR.N keeps it Buy rating though its coupon has seen cuts since 2024. Interest rate risk is material; investors should consider coupon structure, floating-rate formulas, and call/maturity features in portfolio strategy. Read the full article on Seeking Alpha
