Melstar Information Technologies Limited Appoints Raveendra Sangapu as Key Managerial Personnel and Approves Re-Constitution of Committees, Effective February 14, 2026

Melstar Information Technologies Limited at its board meeting held on February 14, 2026, approved the change in designation of Mr. Raveendra Sangapu and appoint him as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. Mr. Raveendra Sangapu who was appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company is now being approved to act as Chief Financial Officer of the Company (CFO). Mr. Raveendra Sangapu has profound knowledge of accounts and finance related matters and accordingly is suitable and fit to be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Date of appointment is February 14, 2026. Approved the re-constitution of Audit Committee of the Board. The re-constitution of the Audit Committee of the Board is as follows: Ms. Alyzaa Merchant (DIN: 07164228), categorized as a Non-Executive Independent Director, serves as the Chairperson. Mr. Subhash Chandra Varshney (DIN: 08657452), also a Non-Executive Independent Director, is a Member of the committee. Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal (DIN: 00272983), another Non-Executive Independent Director, is a Member as well. Mr. Rajnikant Patel (DIN: 00003135), categorized as a Non-Executive Independent Director, is also a Member. Mr. Selvaraj Johnson (DIN: 10637235), a Non-Executive Independent Director, serves as a Member. Mr. Vineet Goverdhan Shah (DIN: 01761772), an Executive Director, is a Member of the committee. Lastly, Mr. Tarun Kashyap (DIN: 07358671), also an Executive Director, is a Member.
