Subscribers gain access to AI-driven placement into AM/FM streaming feeds, guaranteed plays, and the full Artist Portal, including detailed performance analytics, listener engagement insights, and campaign-level reporting such as total and partial plays, skips, likes and dislikes, listens by location and station, and cost-per-play. Visibility — $5/month: The entry-level plan for artists who are not yet ready for FM airplay. Visibility allows songs to be hosted on faidr and made playable for users who browse artists inside the app, giving emerging artists a low-cost path to discovery and a natural upgrade path to Airplay when they are ready for broader radio exposure. The subscription launch is a major milestone for Auddia because it converts Discovr Radio from a validated pilot into a commercial model built for repeatable revenue, lower-friction artist onboarding, and scalable platform growth. LT350 has entered into a definitive agreement to execute the Phase 1 Statement of Work (SOW) with Fresh Consulting, a design, engineering, and early manufacturing firm, to begin the engineering and design process for LT350’s first GPU canopy pilot. The engagement marks the first major engineering milestone and formally initiates the architecture, feasibility validation, and system level design required to stand up LT350’s first operational canopy. Under the Phase 1 SOW, Fresh Consulting will develop the technical architecture for LT350’s modular GPU canopy, including GPU and CPU server cartridges, battery energy storage cartridges, liquid cooling, solar inverter integration, and the power-sovereign architecture that enables LT350 to operate as a distributed AI datacenter at the edge. Announcement • Jun 04Auddia Announces First Build Milestones For McCarthy Finney Operating System (MCFN-OS) Ahead Of Proposed MergerAuddia announced the first concrete development milestones for the McCarthy Finney Operating System (MCFN-OS), the AI-native, Web3-enabled operating platform that will power McCarthy Finney upon the closing of the proposed merger between Auddia Inc. and Thramann Holdings, LLC. As the first step in building the system, Auddia has engaged Chase J. Thompson, founder of AI integration firm Arqa, as Platform Architect. Thompson has begun work on the platform, marking the transition of MCFN-OS from conceptual architecture to an active, in-progress build. The first production module is targeted for delivery in Third Quarter 2026. Each module will be built on the same foundation of a shared institutional memory and a common agent runtime, with a knowledge graph and Web3 trust layer planned, enabling rapid reuse across functions and business units. The MCFN-OS platform is designed to be scaled across all subsidiaries to support each with agentic AI execution, cross-vertical intelligence, Web3-verified identity and provenance, workflow automation, and chat-first interfaces with no dashboards or software learning curve.
