IHH Healthcare Berhad, an investment holding company, provides healthcare services in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Greater China, Japan, Türkiye and Europe, and internationally. The company offers primary care services, such as outpatient treatment, check-ups, vaccinations, preventive care, and patient education services; secondary and tertiary care services, including medical emergencies and acute treatment, diagnostics and lab services; quaternary services comprising specialist consultative care, advanced treatment, complex surgery, and inpatient care services; and quaternary care services, such as organ transplants, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, and reconstructive plastic surgery; and complementary ancillary services. It also engages in the provision of catering, laundry, and cleaning services for hospitals, as well as services of preparation and serving food; supervise and manage the construction of healthcare facilities; conduct research, develop, and market healthcare information systems, web-based applications, and other technology solutions; e-consulting and marketplace activities relating to all health-related products; import and wholesale of drug and medical materials; and operates pharmacy. In addition, the company provides facility management and building maintenance; clinical research; rehabilitation; administrative support; comprehensive professional oncological services, such as diagnostic, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy treatment; courses in nursing and allied health; agent and administrator for managed care and related services; and computer software designing development, customization, integration, implementation, maintenance, and related services. Further, it is involved in development, construction, and leasing of medical facility buildings; retail sale of pharmaceutical, medical, and orthopaedic goods; and property development. IHH Healthcare Berhad was incorporated in 2010 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
