Hartanah Kenyalang’s Growing Order Book and Strategic Investors Could Support Long-Term Growth Outlook

While many newly listed construction companies face challenges in building sustainable earnings visibility after their IPO, Hartanah Kenyalang Berhad appears to be moving in the opposite direction, having secured a series of sizeable contracts that significantly strengthen its future revenue pipeline. Since its ACE Market listing in June 2025, the Sarawak-based contractor has secured approximately RM511 million worth of new projects, including the Sarawak Stadium upgrading works, Sibu Prison development, Immigration Post construction and tourism infrastructure projects.
