It is involved in the wholesale, retail, export, and import of gasoline, oil, grease, gas, lubricants, and other fuel products; real estate brokerage, real estate, warehouse rental, ship services, and freight forwarding; and retail of fertilizers and chemicals, fabrics, wool, yarn, sewing threads, and other textiles. The company also engages in buying and selling of transformers, electric motors, voltage stabilizers, generators, wires, conductive objects, light bulbs, electrical panels, switches, fuses, circuit breakers, construction materials, machine equipment for mining industry, forestry and construction, sanitary equipment, computers, peripheral equipment, and air conditioning equipment; installing of fire protection system; purchasing of goods and sales agents, investment postal, commercial advertising, and providing telecommunications agency services. In addition, the company transports fuel and equipment; boards houses, motel rooms, and similar accommodation; repair and refurbish vehicles; and sells motorbikes and mopeds, as well as provides inland waterway passenger transport; civil and industrial construction, structural design of civil and industrial works; and car washing and parking services. Further, it is involved in buying and selling fabrics, garments, masks, protective clothing, and shoes; retailing of garments, footwear, and leather and imitation leather goods; transporting passengers by road within the city and suburbs; rice farming; growing corn, tobacco and pipe tobacco, fiber plants, vegetables, beans, flowers and ornamental plants, starchy root crops, fruit trees, and other grain crops and perennial plants; and planting oil bearing seeds plants, fruit trees, sugarcane, pepper plants, and other annual crops. The company was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
