In addition, the company provides real estate investment and commercial services, as well as operates as general contractor for construction and installation. DS3 Joint Stock Company was formerly known as Riverway Management Joint Stock No.3 and changed its name to DS3 Joint Stock Company in April 2023. The company was founded in 1964 and is based in Ha Long, Vietnam.
