It operates through four segments: Courier, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Other Operations. The Courier segment is involved in the delivery of small packages to retail and wholesale customers, express delivery of small parcels, pick up and deliver shipments, and related royalty and franchise levies. The Freight Forwarding segment engages in the forwarding of loose and consolidated freight through air, land, and ocean transport; and warehousing, customer clearance, and break-bulk activities. The Logistics segment offers warehousing and related management distribution, supply chain management, inventory management, and other value-added services. The Other Operations segment provides visa services, and publication and distribution services. Aramex PJSC was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. As of July 22, 2025, Aramex PJSC operates as a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Ports Company PJSC.
