It operates through four segments: Courier, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Other Operations. The Courier segment involves the delivery of small packages to retail and wholesale customers, express delivery of small parcels, pickup and delivery shipments, and related royalty and franchise levies. The Freight Forwarding segment engages in the forwarding of loose and consolidated freight through air, land, and ocean transport; and warehousing, customer clearance, and break-bulk activities. The Logistics segment offers warehousing and related management distribution, supply chain management, inventory management, and other value-added services.
