Consensus EPS estimates fall by 17%, revenue upgraded The consensus outlook for fiscal year 2026 has been updated. 2026 revenue forecast increased from AU$399.2m to AU$419.3m. EPS estimate fell from AU$0.066 to AU$0.055 per share. Net income forecast to grow 15% next year vs 18% growth forecast for Capital Markets industry in Australia. L1 Group Limited Announces Company Secretary Changes L1 Group Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Olivia Byron as Company Secretary of the Company for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, effective July 21, 2026. Ms. Byron has joined the Company as Head of Corporate Legal and Company Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Byron was the Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary at Acusensus Limited. Prior to that, Ms Byron held roles in the Legal team at Transurban Group after she initially started her career in the M&A team at law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms. Byron is responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters. Ms. Jane Stewart resigned as Company Secretary in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 and continues in her role as an Executive Director on the Company's Board of Directors and is the Company’s Group General Counsel. L1 Group Limited Announces Management Changes L1 Group Limited announced several key senior appointments to support the continued growth of L1 Group’s global platform. Chris Ashman was appointed as Head of Partnerships for North America. Chris Ashman will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and developing strategic joint venture opportunities across the region. Most recently, Chris was head of fund investments at Jaws Estates Capital, the family office of Barry Sternlicht (Co-founder of Starwood Capital). Chris will commence in early August based in New York. Dan Riggs was appointed as Head of Capital Formation Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Dan Riggs will lead the Group’s distribution activities across the EMEA region. He was most recently at Brevan Howard, where he spent more than 15 years in capital raising and client coverage roles. Prior to that, Dan worked in Third Party Sales at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Based in London, Dan will be focussed on developing and strengthening relationships throughout the region. Jay Sullivan was appointed as Director, Capital Formation for North America. Jay Sullivan will lead the distribution efforts across North America, building strategic relationships with investors and partners to drive capital flows from the region. Jay brings experience from previous roles at Dwight Securities Management, Shannon River Capital Management and most recently founded East Island Partners. Based in New York, Jay’s expertise in distribution and investor relations will be instrumental in enhancing L1 Group’s investor base and partnerships throughout North America.
