Crowne Plaza by IHG announced the opening of Crowne Plaza Manhattan Times Square, its new Americas flagship property. Situated in the heart of one of the world's leading business and cultural capitals, the hotel serves as a powerful expression of Crowne Plaza's reimagined premium stay experience. With half of its global estate now new or recently renovated, Crowne Plaza Manhattan Times Square represents the latest milestone in the brand's transformation of its estate. Developed by Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company (ARTIC) and managed by Highgate, the 22-story hotel brings new life to a New York landmark originally constructed for the 1964 New York World's Fair. The property offers 685 city-view guestrooms; spaces designed to support work, connection and relaxation; and a new bar and restaurant crafted to move with the rhythm of the city. Locally inspired artwork and large-scale murals by Brazilian-born, Atlanta-based artist Tiago Magro further celebrate that spirit of reinvention.
