Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the business of coking coal mining and production and sales of coking coal products in the People's Republic of China. It primarily serves steel manufacturers. The company was formerly known as Fushan International Energy Group Limited and changed its name to Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited in May 2011. Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
