Abcourt Launches A Drilling Campaign At the Polymetallic Site of the Former Barvue Mine, Barraute Sector in Abitibi-Témiscamingue Abcourt Mines Inc. announced the launch of a new drilling campaign of approximately 2,000 metres at the site of the former Barvue silver and zinc mine, located in the Barraute sector of Abitibi-Témiscamingue. The campaign is partially funded by a loan granted on January 30, 2026, by Glencore, one of the world's leading companies in the mining and commodities trading industries. Glencore will also provide major support through their recognized technical expertise. The current campaign will consist of 4 drill holes of approximately 500 metres each. They will specifically aim to test silver-rich plunge extensions beneath the old pit, where mineralized axes of interest converge. This is the very first time these high-value targets will be tested at this depth. New Risk • May 24

With less than a year's worth of cash, the company will need to raise capital or take on debt unless its cash flows improve. This would dilute existing shareholders or increase balance sheet risk. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Less than 1 year of cash runway based on free cash flow trend (-CA$36m free cash flow). Negative equity (-CA$2.3m). Appoints Amélie Rouleau to Its Board of Directors, Effective April 29, 2026 Abcourt Mines Inc. welcome Ms. Amélie Rouleau to its board of directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Ms. Rouleau fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Loic Bureau in January 2026.Amélie Rouleau is a public affairs and strategic engagement executive with over 18 years of experience in the mining and metallurgical sector. She has held key roles within Glencore, notably at the Raglan Mine and in North American copper operations, where she contributed to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into business decision-making. Recognized for her leadership in complex, high-visibility environments, she has deep expertise in government relations, stakeholder management, and social acceptability. She is particularly noted for her ability to develop sustainable collaborative approaches with Indigenous communities, especially Inuit. Ms. Rouleau has also played a strategic role in managing sensitive situations, including environmental and public health issues, as well as in establishing multi-stakeholder governance mechanisms that promote informed and sustainable decision-making.
