Lodestar Minerals Limited Announces Board Changes, Effective June 15, 2026 Lodestar Minerals Limited announced the appointment of Ms Jillian Terry as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective June 15, 2026. Ms Terry is a highly experienced geologist and mining executive with more than 40 years of experience across exploration, resource development, mining operations and corporate governance within the resources sector. Ms Terry commenced her career with Newmont and has since held a range of senior technical, management and advisory roles for various companies including BHP, Oxiana and Newcrest across Australia and internationally. She has extensive experience in gold, base metals and critical minerals exploration and development and has worked across all stages of the mining lifecycle, from early-stage exploration through to resource definition, feasibility studies and mine operations. Ms Terry previously served as a director within the Lundin Group of companies and has provided geological and strategic consulting services to a number of resource companies and currently consults to Kingsgate Consolidated Limited as General Manager Technical for the Nueva Esperanza Project. She is widely recognised for her expertise in exploration strategy, resource estimation, project evaluation, operations and technical governance and has extensive experience in the preparation, review and governance of JORC-compliant Mineral Resource estimates and public reporting. Lodestar Minerals Limited also announced that Mr. David McArthur has retired from the Board of Directors and as Joint Company Secretary, effective June 15, 2026.
