Eminence Minerals Limited Announces Change of Company Secretary
Eminence Minerals Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Jay Stephenson as Company Secretary, effective 1 August 2026. Mr. Stephenson, of Forest House Corporate, will commence transition activities and coordinate the handover process during July 2026 ahead of formally assuming both roles on 1 August 2026. As part of the transition, Mr. Ben Donovan will step down as Company Secretary. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company advises that upon commencement of his appointment as Company Secretary, Mr. Stephenson will be responsible for communications with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters. Mr. Stephenson is a seasoned corporate executive and advisor with over 35 years of experience in business development and corporate governance. Mr. Stephenson has served as a Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary for numerous entities across a diverse range of sectors, including natural resources, information technology, manufacturing, nutraceuticals, hospitality, and property. Throughout his 29-year tenure in senior management for listed and unlisted entities, Mr. Stephenson has led complex business acquisitions, mergers, IPOs, capital raisings, and corporate restructurings, while maintaining oversight of comprehensive financial management functions. His international experience spans multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, Canada, the USA, the UK, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, and various African nations. Mr. Stephenson holds a Master of Business Administration and maintains professional qualifications as a Fellow of the Certified Practicing Accountants (Australia), a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada), a Certified Management Accountant (Canada), and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
