AUB Group Limited engages in the insurance broking and underwriting agency businesses in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Rest of Europe, New Zealand, and internationally. It operates through five segments: Australian Broking, New Zealand Broking, Agencies, International, and Support Services. The company offers insurance broking and advisory services primarily to SME clients; and broking businesses complemented by established capabilities in member services, life insurance broking, premium funding, and claims management. It also designs, distributes, and manages insurance products and portfolios on behalf of licensed insurance companies. In addition, the company is involved in wholesale and retail broking and managing general agents. Further, it provides automated quoting and binding, white-labelling, and technological support services, as well as ExpressCover, an SME insurance platform utilising BizCover, a digital SME insurance platform with multichannel presence and insurance offerings; and distributes ancillary products. The company was formerly known as Austbrokers Holdings Limited and changed its name to AUB Group Limited in November 2015. AUB Group Limited was incorporated in 1885 and is headquartered in North Sydney, Australia.
