LAND: Higher Capital Costs And Slower Acquisitions Will Temper Fairly Valued Shares

Analyst price targets for Gladstone Land have been reset toward $10.00 per share, reflecting a mix of cautious views on acquisitions in light of higher capital costs and lower cap rates, along with recognition of the stock's discounted valuation and a Q1 earnings beat helped by an early pistachio marketing bonus. Analyst Commentary Recent Street research on Gladstone Land has centered on recalibrating price targets and reassessing the risk profile after the Q1 report and earlier Q4 update.
