Armory Mining Corp. announced that it has received CAD 0.666655 million in funding Armory Mining Corp. announced a non-brokered private placement of 9,523,643 flow-through units at a price of CAD 0.07 per 643 flow-through unit for gross proceeds of CAD 666,655.01 on December 19, 2025. Each flow-through unit consists of one flow-through common share and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant.
