Farmico International Private Limited completed the acquisition of 74.64% stake in Simandhar Impex Limited (BSE:544662) from a group of shareholders. Farmico International Private Limited entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 74.64% stake in Simandhar Impex Limited (BSE:544662) from a group of shareholders for INR 68.4 million on January 14, 2026. A cash consideration of INR 68.45 million valued at INR 30 per share will be paid by Farmico International Private Limited. As part of consideration, INR 68.45 million is paid towards common equity of Simandhar Impex Limited. In a related transaction, Farmico International Private Limited proposed to acquire 25.36% stake in Simandhar Impex Limited (BSE:544662) through a tender offer.
