Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) Limited Announces Appointment of Shir Sagar Pandey as Additional Director (Non-Executive & Professional), Effective July 09, 2026 Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) Limited held a board meeting on July 09, 2026 and approved the appointment of Mr. Shir Sagar Pandey (DIN: 07656863) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Professional) of the Company with effect from July 09, 2026 to hold office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Mr. Shir Sagar Pandey holds a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) from IGNOU (2024) and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Honours (B.Com Hons.) from Calcutta University (2015). He is presently pursuing LL.B. from Bengal Law College under Burdwan University. He has over eight years of experience in corporate governance, statutory compliance, and administrative management, and has qualified the Independent Director Online Proficiency Self-Assessment Test as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013. He has been actively involved in policy formulation and implementation, business strategy development, monitoring company performance, ensuring compliance with statutory and legal provisions, and overseeing board, committee, and shareholder proceedings.
