ARMK: Data Center Expansion And Execution Will Shape Balanced Outlook

Aramark's updated analyst price target now aligns with the recent wave of Street increases toward the $69 to $74 range, with analysts pointing to stronger projected revenue growth, slightly higher profit margins, a richer forward P/E multiple, and expanding data center and Nexus contributions as key supports for the higher valuation. Analyst Commentary Recent Street research around Aramark clusters around a constructive view on earnings power and the growth potential of Nexus and data center contracts, with most firms lifting long term EPS estimates and price targets into the high $60s and low $70s.
