Turaco Gold Limited Announces Board Changes, Effective July 31, 2026 Turaco Gold Limited announced the appointment of Ms Jessica Volich and Mr. Brett Gossage as non-executive directors of the Company, effective July 31, 2026. Jessica is an ESG and sustainability executive with more than 25 years of experience across the Australian and international mining, energy and infrastructure sectors. Jessica has led ESG strategy, risk oversight and stakeholder management for companies in Australia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and Russia, including operational leadership in Côte d'Ivoire. Jessica has chaired ESG Committees reporting to global mining company boards and previously drove enterprise-wide sustainability transformation at Perseus Mining, South32 and BHP. Jessica currently undertakes global ESG advisory roles for Resource Capital Funds and Gold Fields. Brett is a geologist with over 35 years’ experience, specialising in resource and reserve estimation. In 2012, he jointly founded and is a director of Orimco, a resource fund manager and multi-disciplinary advisory business offering investment, markets and mining technical expertise. Prior to that, Brett was a Principal of RSG Global and then General Manager, Technical Development with Coffey Mining after Coffey acquired RSG Global. He has undertaken consulting assignments, technical due diligence reviews, and technical and financial advisory mandates on mining projects globally, including extensive experience across West Africa. Both will stand for election at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting (AGM), expected to be held in May 2027. Turaco Gold Limited also announced that Mr. Bruce Mowat has resigned as non-executive director of the Company in order to focus on his executive commitments as General Manager – Exploration at Resolute Mining Ltd. Mr. Mowat has served as non-executive director for the past five years, a period during which Turaco has experienced substantial technical advancement and resource growth at the Afema Project located in southeast Côte d’Ivoire. Turaco Gold Limited Announces Appointment of Warren King as Project Development Director, Effective August 3, 2026 Turaco Gold Limited had announced the appointment of Warren King as Project Development Director, effective August 3, 2026. Mr. King is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, specialising in engineering, design, procurement and construction of mineral processing plants, power plants and mine infrastructure. He has successfully led the delivery of feasibility studies and construction of mining projects across multiple jurisdictions, including large-scale gold processing plants. Mr. King has broad-based African project experience and brings a wealth of project management and technical expertise to Turaco. Mr. King has recently served as VP – Projects for Allied Gold Corporation managing the Sadiola Gold Mine upgrade in Mali and prior to that was Project Manager for the design and construction of Red 5 Limited’s (now Vault Minerals) 4Mtpa King of the Hills gold processing plant and associated infrastructure in Leonora, Western Australia. Mr. King also served as Project Manager for the construction of the 2.5Mtpa processing facility at the Dalgaranga Gold Project in Western Australia now operated by Ramelius Resources. Mr. King has also held key technical roles at several prominent engineering firms, including Mintrex and DRA, meeting all facets of project execution, from feasibility to commissioning of mineral processing infrastructure. Mr. King’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech), University of Stellenbosch and a Bachelor of Law (LLB), University of South Africa.
