Li-S Energy Limited Announces CFO Changes, Effective 1 September 2025 Li-S Energy announced the appointment of Mr. Andrew Davies to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 September 2025. Mr. Davies joined the Company in the role of Senior Group financial Controller in September 2021, and has played a key role in supporting Li-S Energy's commercialisation pathway during this time. In this role, he has overseen the financial management, treasury operations, and statutory reporting for Li-S Energy, and worked closely with the Board and executive team on day to day management, strategic planning, governance and government grant applications. In addition to a deep understanding of the Li-S Energy business and financials, Mr. Davies brings almost 20 years of finance and accounting experience, having held senior roles in the automotive, mining, energy storage, and advanced materials sectors. Mr. Davies is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. In conjunction with the appointment of Mr. Davies, Li-S Energy's current CFO Ms Sarah Price will step down from her position with effect from1 September 2025. Ms Price was appointed as CFO of Li-S Energy in May 2023 and served in the role in addition to her role as CFO of PPK Group Limited. Ms. Price will continue in her role as CFO of PPK Group.
