BOA Resources Limited Announces Managing Director Changes, Effective July 1, 2026 BOA Resources Limited announced the appointment of Graeme Purcell as its Managing Director, effective 1 July 2026. Cath Norman, who has been serving as both Managing Director and Chair of BOA, will move to Non-Executive Chair, effective 1 July 2026. Mr. Purcell, who joined the BOA Board in 2021, is a highly regarded geologist who has been part of several important mineral discoveries within Australia and overseas. With 30 years of experience, Mr. Purcell has worked across a diverse range of mineral systems including gold, base metals, and strategic minerals in various geological terranes and jurisdictions. Mr. Purcell has held roles with both major and junior resource companies, including Plutonic Resources, Homestake Mining, Barrick Gold, Black Fire Minerals and as a consultant, and his experience spans the exploration spectrum from generative and grassroots through to near-mine and in-mine resource development.
