Adheris Health Limited Announces Board Changes, Effective July 1, 2026 Adheris Health Limited had announced that John Murray had been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective July 1, 2026. John Murray is a highly experienced board director with significant expertise in the international technology sector over the last 35 years, and in a variety of industries including the health sector. John Murray had been non-executive director and Chair of several listed and private high growth companies throughout his career, which began in audit and investment banking, involved rising through various positions at large organisations, and eventually becoming Vice President and Head of Investment Banking at Bank of America Asia in 1989. John Murray had joined the Australian Technology Group where he identified and managed investments into early-stage technology companies and went on to co-found the leading venture capital firm, Technology Venture Partners, in 1997. He is a past Chair of the Australian Venture Capital Association. John Murray is currently a Non-Executive Director of UK AIM listed company Seeing Machines Ltd. (also Chair of the Risk and Finance Committee) and of ASX listed company PainChek Ltd. (where he was also Chair until June 2026). John Murray holds an Honours Degree in Law from Edinburgh University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a CA and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Adheris Health Limited had also announced that Sean Slattery would step down as a director of the Company effective July 1, 2026.
