In small and mid-cap size companies it prefers to invest with enterprise value between €50 million ($55.36 million) and €500 million ($553.6 million) and in larger size companies it prefers to invest with enterprise value between €500 million ($553.60 million) and €3000 million ($3321.62 million). It invests in funds that seek to have a majority stake in its investments or be a lead shareholder. The firm seeks to exit its investments within five years. It makes balance sheet investments.
