This segment provides turnkey contracting services for mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and firefighting sectors, as well as value-added services, such as retrofitting, system upgrades, and ongoing operational support. Its Unitary Products segment is involved in the development, manufacture, and distribution of air conditioners for commercial and residential use, as well as the provision of commercial refrigeration solutions, cold chain equipment, air purifiers, and air coolers. The Professional Electronics and Industrial Systems segment trades in and services testing machines, medical, analytical, test and measuring, data communications, and industrial products and systems.
