This segment is involved in Moltiply Mortgages that provides outsourcing services for the processing of residential mortgages and para-notary services; Moltiply Real Estate which offers real estate appraisal services and technical real estate services for operators in the financial sector and debt collection; Moltiply Loans that provides application processing and portfolio management services for salary/pension guaranteed loans, and for SME loans, also assisted by a guarantee from the State; Moltiply Claims which offers claims appraisal and TPA services; Moltiply Wealth that provides complete operational service solutions and technology platforms for investment and asset management companies; and Moltiply Lease which offers BPO services and IT core solutions for leasing and long-term rental operators. The Mavriq Division operates in the online comparison and intermediation of products and services in Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, and Mexico. This segment engages in the broking of mortgage loans and consumer loans products; insurance broking; comparison and promotion of e-commerce operators; comparison and promotion of telecommunications and energy services; and online comparison and brokerage of insurance products. The company was formerly known as Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. and changed its name to Moltiply Group S.p.A. in May 2024. Moltiply Group S.p.A. was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
