On September 25, 2021, Slovenian daily Dnevnik reported that Telekom Slovenije considers the purchase of Actual IT from DBA Group and its supervisory board will discuss the issue on September 27, 2021. "I can only say that we had a very long discussion at the last meeting of the supervisory board and that there were questions.
