Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. Reports Continued Excellent Low Heavy Metal Assays For Drill Hole MM26-9 At Murdock Mountain Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. announced that the heavy metal contaminant assays from the Upper Phosphatic Zone in drill hole MM26-9 at Murdock Mountain continue to demonstrate results well below the maximum allowed limits for Organic Fertilizer Certification. In the chart below, please note the Murdock Mountain Weighted Average row and compare those values to the SUIP #25 and the California values. NOP’s Upper Phosphate Zone is significantly lower than the maximum heavy metal values allowed. In the United States, organic certification is governed by the USDA National Organic Program (“USDA-NOP”). The USDA-NOP does not publish its own numeric heavy-metal limits for mineral fertilizers like rock phosphate. Instead, certifiers rely on two things: 1. USDA-NOP 205.203(c) soil and plant amendments must not contaminate soil or crops with heavy metals. 2. State fertilizer laws can vary, but almost universally adopt AAPFCO’s SUIP #25 Heavy Metal Rule for determining whether a fertilizer is adulterated (AAPFCO, Association of American Plant Food Control Officials, created SUIP #25 to give states a consistent, science-based method for regulating heavy metals in fertilizers. It is not a law, but most states adopt it into their fertilizer programs). USDA Organic Certification: For organic production, a rock phosphate fertilizer must: • Be mined, not chemically processed • Not contain synthetic additives • Not exceed heavy-metal levels that would contaminate soil or crops • Typically meet SUIP #25 limits (this is what certifiers check) If a product meets these limits, it is generally acceptable for organic certification. SUIP #25 sets limits per 1% P2O5. For fertilizer with 10% P2O5, multiply limit by 10. Heavy metal assaying was by ME-MS61 trace element analysis: Samples were digested using a near-total four-acid procedure (HF; HNO3; HClO4; HCl) and analyzed by ICP-MS and ICP-AES. This technique delivers ultra-trace detection of a broad suite of elements, including deleterious or contaminant metals such as arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead, supporting environmental and processing assessments. ALS maintains strict internal QA/QC protocols, including the insertion of certified reference materials, blanks, and duplicates with each batch of samples. These measures ensure that analytical results meet internationally recognized standards of accuracy and reliability, consistent with the requirements of NI 43-101 reporting. The Company implemented a rigorous QA/QC protocol consistent with NI 43-101 standards, including the insertion of blanks and certified reference materials into the sample stream. Blanks: The Company regularly inserted a blank comprised of generically sourced sand every 11 samples (or 9.3%) to monitor potential contamination during sample preparation and analysis. Certified reference materials (“CRM”): CRMs used in mineral exploration are used to assess analytical accuracy and are usually rock powders comprised of known concentrations of the metal(s) of interest. CRMs are usually obtained from commercial suppliers who provide the average of many analyses of the CRMs by multiple labs, which is referred to as the certified value, and a standard deviation of the analyses from which the certified value is determined. A typical criterion for accepting the analyses of CRMs in the mineral industry is that they should fall within a range determined by the certified (or “target”) value ± three standard deviations (“3 STD”). Analytical accuracy was verified against BAM 826-1, a certified reference material for phosphate slags issued by Germany’s Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM). The Company inserted BAM 826-1 CRM standards every 22 samples (or 4.5%), or about 2 per drill hole. The Company is satisfied that the QA/QC results demonstrate the reliability of the assay data and support the integrity of the phosphate grades reported herein. Nevada Organic Phosphate Reports Encouraging Phosphate Assays from Drill Hole Mm26-9 At Murdock Mountain Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. announced continued excellent phosphate assays from our drill program’s hole MM26-9, recently completed on our wholly owned Murdock Mountain Property in Elko County, Nevada. The Company’s exploration target is the Upper Phosphatic Zone, a 3.4 to 7.6 metre (11 to 25 feet) interval within the Meade Peak Member, which itself typically comprises 28 to 40 metres (92 to 131 feet) of phosphatic siltstone and phosphorite. Variations in the thickness of the Upper Phosphatic Zone encountered during the current drill program will be confirmed through laboratory assays. Drill Hole MM26-9, located at 723798E, 4568545N, was drilled vertically to a depth of 146.93 metres (481.93 feet). The drill collar is positioned approximately 100 metres north and upslope from last fall’s drill hole MM25-6. The Upper Phosphate Zone was intersected with a weighted average of 10.73% P2O5 over an apparent thickness of 4.50 metres (14.76 feet). The core angles recorded were 80-90 degrees; therefore the true thickness is 4.48 metres (14.70 feet). Drill hole MM25-6 completed last fall, intersected 4.58 metres of 11.89% P2O5 in the Upper Phosphate Zone and returned an unexpected 17.47% P2O5 over 4.11 metres in the Lower Phosphate Zone. MM26-9 returned a more typical Lower Phosphate Zone interval of 8.18% P2O5 over 1.00 metres. MM26-10 is almost completed at the Pad 12 site, approximately 1.5 kilometres along strike to the south-west from MM26-9 in a new area untested by previous drilling. The Company will release additional laboratory assay results once received and validated. All sample preparation and analytical work was carried out by ALS Laboratories (“ALS“), an independent commercial laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for mineral analysis. ALS operates under rigorous quality management systems and is regularly audited by recognized accreditation bodies, including the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) and the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation (CALA). Phosphate P2O5 assaying was by ME-XRF24 whole-rock analysis: Samples were fused with lithium borate and analyzed by X-ray fluorescence (XRF). This method provides high-precision determinations of major rock-forming oxides, including phosphorus, calcium, and silica, ensuring accurate characterization of phosphate mineralization. Nevada Organic Phosphate Reports Preliminary Geological Observations from Drill Hole MM26-9 At Murdock Mountain Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. reported encouraging preliminary observations from drill hole MM26-9, recently completed on its wholly owned Murdock Mountain Property in Elko County, Nevada. The Company’s exploration target is the Upper Phosphatic Zone, a 3.4 to 7.6 metre (11 to 25 feet) interval within the Meade Peak Member, which itself typically comprises 28 to 40 metres (92 to 131 feet) of phosphatic siltstone and phosphorite. This stratigraphic framework is based on the work of William Fedewa (M.Sc. thesis, 1980) from trench observations. Variations in the thickness of the Upper Phosphatic Zone encountered during the current drill program will be confirmed through laboratory assays. Drill Hole MM26-8, located at 724052E, 4568778N, (UTM NAD83) was drilled vertically to a depth of 128 metres (419.8 feet). The drill collar is positioned approximately 100 metres north and upslope from last fall’s drill holes MM25-4&5. MM26-8 intersected an apparent 15.3 metres (50.2 feet) of the Meade Peak unit, approximately half of what was predicted. No significant P2O5 assays were reported. Drill Hole MM26-9, located at 723798E, 4568545N, (UTM NAD83) was drilled vertically to a depth of 146.93 metres (481.93 feet). The drill collar is positioned approximately 100 metres north and upslope from last fall’s drill hole MM25-6. MM26-9 intersected an apparent 42.15 metres (138.25 feet) of the Meade Peak unit. True thickness and the phosphate content of the Upper Phosphatic Zone will be confirmed by assay. While MM26-8 intersected only a portion of the expected Meade Peak section and returned no significant P2O5 values, this outcome is not unusual in stratiform systems where local thinning, structural offsets, or facies changes can influence the expression of the Upper Phosphatic Zone. The team is reviewing several plausible geological interpretations to understand the controls on this weaker interval. Importantly, MM26-9, drilled further along strike to the southwest, intersected a strong 42.15 metres of Meade Peak, reinforcing the continuity we are working to define across the trend. The drill is currently mobilizing to MM26-10 at the Pad 12 site, approximately 1.5 kilometres along strike to the south-west in a new area untested by previous drilling. Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. announced that it has received CAD 5.750481 million in funding On May 29, 2026, Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. closed the transaction by closing its final tranche. The company also upsized the offering. The final tranche consists of issuance of 3,920,744 units of the Company at a price per Unit of CAD 0.18 for gross proceeds of CAD 705,733.92. Together with proceeds from the first tranche of the offering, the Company raised an aggregate of CAD 5,750,481. Fees of CAD 43,311 were paid and 240,619 finder’s warrants were issued to certain finders in connection with the second tranche. Together with the first tranche of the offering, the Company paid aggregate finder’s fees of CAD 369,563 and issued 2,053,130 Finder’s Warrants.
