Cruz announced that it has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, captioned Wayne v. Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd., et al., (Case No. 3:24-cv-03869) on behalf of persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. Hotspots are concentrated areas of heat energy that predominantly result from shaded or cracked solar cells.
