Under the terms, the consideration paid includes $186 per square foot for 89,824 square foot grocery-anchored shopping centre in Mooresville. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2016. Slate Retail REIT (TSX:SRT.UN) completed the acquisition of Mooresville Town Square on November 14, 2016.
