Meitu, Inc Recommends Final Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2023, Payable on June 26, 2024 Meitu, Inc. has decided to recommend the payment of an aggregate final dividend of HKD 0.036 per ordinary share out of the share premium account of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2023 (2022: HKD 0.02 per ordinary share), totaling approximately HKD 161.2 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 146.3 million) as at the date of this announcement.
