공지 • Jun 09Xplore Resources Corp. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.6 million in fundingXplore Resources Corp. announced a private placement of up to 3,333,333 units at the price of CAD 0.03 per unit for gross proceeds of up to CAD 100,000 and 11,111,111 flow through common shares at a price of CAD 0.045 per share for gross proceeds of up to CAD 500,000 for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD 600,000 on June 8, 2023. Each unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one purchase warrant, such purchase warrant entitling the subscriber to acquire one common share at a price of CAD 0.06 per share for a period of 24 months from closing of the transaction. The transaction is subject to specific conditions, including compliance with TSX Venture Exchange Policies and receipt of approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The securities issued at the closing of the transaction will be subject to a four month hold period from the date of issue, including any other re-sale restrictions imposed by applicable securities regulatory authorities. Insiders of the company may, subject to regulatory approval, participate in the transaction. Finders fees equal to 7% of the gross proceeds raised may be paid to eligible finders or other third parties, in connection with this transaction.
