Location: british columbia, vancouver Canada공시 • Jul 04Gander Gold Corp. Provides Exploration Update on its Gander North Project in NewfoundlandGander Gold Corp. announced to provide an exploration update on its Gander North Project in Newfoundland where 28 rotary air blast ("RAB") drill holes, an exploration tool designed to prioritize first-ever diamond drilling targets, were completed in 2023. Highlights: Anomalous to significant gold mineralization was encountered in eight (8) of 11 RAB holes completed on the western side of Gander North with five (5) of these holes also intersecting mafic-ultramafic rock associated with the GRUB Line. Anomalous mineralization was encountered in 14 of the 17 RAB holes completed on the eastern side of Gander North. This initial round of RAB drilling on each side of Gander North tested only five (5) of 14 large soil geochemistry anomalies identified at this large-scale project to date. Results warrant additional follow-up exploration at these 5 anomalies ahead of potential diamond drilling. An exploration plan for the remaining 9 large soil geochemistry anomalies is being finalized. Gander Gold completed a total of 34 RAB drill holes across its Newfoundland properties in 2023 including three (3) at Lizard Pond (Gander South) where diamond drill targets have been outlined after 1 RAB hole cut 13.7 metres grading 1.06 g/t Au starting from surface. Gander Gold Corporation contracted the services of GroundTruth Exploration to conduct and manage the 2023 RAB drill program in Newfoundland. RAB drilling produces rock chip samples. A representative sample for each 5-foot (1.52m) interval of drilling was collected for analyses. Once sorted and logged, all samples were shipped to SGS Canada's prep facility in Grand Falls, NL, and final analyses were performed at SGS in Burnaby, B.C. At SGS in Grand Falls, NL, individual samples were dried, crushed and pulverized (PRP89). Analyses at SGS Burnaby consisted of a 30g Au Fire Assay (GE_FAA30V5), and a 25g sample was analysed for 49 elements by 2 Acid Leach with an ICP-MS finish (GE_ARM3V25). SGS Canada is a certified laboratory independent of Gander Gold Corporation. As part of the sampling protocol a QAQC program was adhered to and included the insertion of industry approved standards, blanks, and the insertion of field duplicates. Alternating standards, blanks and field duplicates were part of the sampling stream and amounted to six QA/QC samples per 100 samples collected.공시 • Dec 15Gander Gold Corp. Intersects Near Surface Gold Mineralization at Thwart Island - BLT ProjectGander Gold Corp. announced preliminary results from its recently completed Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drill program at the "Islander Zone" on Thwart Island, Newfoundland. Gander's Thwart Island claims form part of the Company's larger Botwood-Laurenceton-Thwart Island (BLT) Project in the Bay of Exploits region of Newfoundland. The first-ever drilling at Thwart Island was conducted in Summer 2023 by Gander Gold and consisted of three RAB drill holes totaling 193.5 meters of drilling. Anomalous gold mineralization was intersected in all three drill holes. The first hole drilled (BLTRAB23-001) intersected three individual zones of Gold-Silver-Arsenic mineralization and ended in anomalous Gold-Silver-Arsenic mineralization (Au-Ag-As; 118ppb, 0.03ppm, 1213ppm respectively) indicating the fourth intersected zone of Au-Ag-As mineralization remains open at depth. The drillhole was collared near to two surface grab samples grading >1.0 g/t Au. The second hole drilled (BLTRAB23-002) was drilled in the vicinity of the 5939.5ppb Au-in-soil sample collected from the Islander Zone during the 2022 regional soil geochemistry program. This sample was the single highest grade gold result from the Company's approximate 40,000 soil sample program across its eight Newfoundland project areas. Anomalous Au-Ag-As-Sb mineralization starts at a downhole depth of 12.2m and continues through 19.8m. This subsurface zone of anomalous Au-As mineralization is indicative of a gold system occurring in this area and is possibly connected with the surface soil sample of 5939.5ppb Au and 654.8ppm As. The third drillhole (BLTRAB23-003) encountered anomalous Cu mineralization immediately at the bedrock interface through to the end of the drillhole. Anomalous Au-As mineralization was continuous from 18.3m - 24.4m. The Islander Zone and Thwart Island area is a developing gold prospect. Positive soil geochemistry surveys (Au-in-soil up to 5939.5ppb) and prospecting results (up to 1.23 g/t Au) accumulated to date and validated by subsurface RAB gold mineralization results has confirmed the prospectivity of the Thwart Island area. Associated with zones of gold mineralization is a strong supporting Silver-Arsenic-Antimony (Ag-As-Sb) geochemical signal, which is consistent with geochemical signals at other developing gold camps in Newfoundland.공시 • Dec 07Gander Gold Corp. Expands Lizard Pond Claims - Gander South ProjectGander Gold Corp. announced that has signed a binding Letter of Intent ("the LOI") to purchase additional claims contiguous to and in the immediate area of its Lizard Pond claims, part of the larger Gander South Project. Gander previously announced 2023 Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drill results from the Lizard Pond Claims which identified significant gold bearing mineralization across all 65 meters of each of the three RAB drill holes at Lizard Pond. The three licenses acquired by Gander were previously collectively referred to by Puddle Pond as the "Great Bend Project," which hosts at least five known historic gold occurrences, with grab samples ranging as high as 22.2 g/t Au (Stares, 2005). High grade gold on the property is associated with quartz-arsenopyrite-carbonate veining. The claims are located at the intersection of several major regional structures, including the Dog Bay Line, and are contiguous to New Found Gold's Queensway South Project to the East and South. New Found Gold undertook an inaugural 7,255 meter diamond drill program at Queensway South in 2022, from which they reported 27 of 33 holes hit significant Au mineralization, with visible gold present in 10 holes across 4 target areas. Surface exploration activities and ongoing diamond drilling has been performed by New Found Gold at Queensway South in 2023. Gander Gold President and CEO, Mr. Mark Scott, commented, "Gander Gold is very pleased to announce the addition of 26 new claims to original 42 claims at Lizard Pond, where Gander recently identified a significant gold bearing system, with gold mineralization present throughout all 65 meters of each Of the project's three 2023 RAB drill holes. The new claims contain historic high grade gold occurrences and extend the Lizard Pond claims along the interpreted strike of the system targeted by this year's RAB drilling. The local geology and structures are favorable, with the Dog Bay Line and Appleton Fault in close proximity to claims. Gander looks forward to follow up exploration and drilling at Lizard Pond in 2024". Under the LOI, Gander has agreed to purchase from Puddle Pond Resources Inc. ("Puddle Pond"), three exploration licenses, comprised of 26 total claims in Newfoundland. Gander will pay Puddle Pond a total of CAD 25,000 cash ($15,000 on signing of final purchase agreement & $10,000 by January 15, 2024), plus CAD 50,000 worth of Gander common shares as of the date of the signing of the final purchase agreement. Puddle Pond will retain a 2% Net Smelter Return royalty on the claims in the amount, half of which may be repurchased by Gander at any time for CAD 500,000. Puddle Pond will be entitled to a one-time bonus payment of 500,000 Gander shares should Gander delineate a NI 43-101 compliant resource of 200,000 ounces of gold on the newly acquired claims.공시 • Dec 01Gander Gold Discovers Significant Gold System At Lizard Pond Claims - Gander South ProjectGander Gold Corporation announced that its recently-completed Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drill program at its Lizard Pond claims, part of the larger Gander South Project, has identified significant gold bearing mineralization across all 65 meters of each of the three RAB drill holes at Lizard Pond. The gold mineralization intersected in all three RAB drillholes is hosted within lithology that is consistent with rocks that define the Gander Belt - Dog Bay Line, which defines the western boundary of the Appleton Fault System. The Appleton Fault System has gained prominence as host to the tremendous gold mineralization defined by neighboring Newfound Gold. Newfound Gold's Queensway project is immediately adjacent to the eastern and southern boundary of Gander's Lizard Pond property. The gold mineralization occurring immediately from surface in drillhole LZPRAB23-002 and LZPRAB23-003 correlates directly with upper percentile values generated from soil geochemistry and prospecting rock geochemistry results in the immediate area of both drillholes. The continuous elevated gold mineralization in LZPRAB23-001 (341ppb Au /24.4m) starting at 0.0m correlates with several prospecting rock geochemistry results in the immediate area (result that range from 0.073 g/t Au - 1.04 g/t Au). Several upper percentile soil geochemistry anomalies remain untested at the LZP property. All data collected thus far at the LZP property suggests a significant gold system occurring within the property area. Gander Gold's Summer 2023 RAB drill program saw drill crews and associated geotechnical staff initiate the first ever drill programs at three of Gander Gold'sNewfoundland projects- Lizard Pond, BLT Thwart Island, and Gander North. In addition to the three holes at Lizard Pond, three RAB holes were drilled at the Islander Zone of BLT -Thwart Island, for a total of 193.5 metres. The largest drill program of the summer was conducted at Gander North, where a total of 28 holes were drilled. This maiden RAB program was designed to prioritize the most prospective areas for initial diamond drilling. Results are pending for both BLT -Thwart Island and Gander North drill programs, and at each property, multiple untested target areas remain for a further phase of RAB drill testing and/or diamond drilling.공시 • Oct 28Gander Gold Corporation, Annual General Meeting, Dec 27, 2023Gander Gold Corporation, Annual General Meeting, Dec 27, 2023.공시 • Sep 22Gander Gold Corp. Completes Phase 1 RAB Drill Program at Gander South - Lizard PondGander Gold Corp. announced that it has completed its maiden Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drilling program at the Lizard Pond claims, part of the larger Gander South Project located in the southern range of the Gander Gold Belt, south of the Company's Mount Peyton Project. The LZP property (~10.5km) is strategically located along the Dog Bay Line (DBL) which forms the western boundary of what is commonly referred to as the Gander Gold Belt and is approximately 13 kilometers west of Newfound Gold Corp.'s Queensway South Project. Newfound Gold has previously reported the presence of visible gold and several significant gold intercepts from diamond drilling in the nearby Eastern Pond area. Prior to this summer's exploration Gander conducted an extensive pre-drilling program at Gander South, which was initiated in 2021 and included the collection of 291 B-C horizon soil samples at Lizard Pond, LiDAR and fixed-wing MAG/VLF surveys, ground VLF surveys and extensive surface prospecting. The summer 2023 RAB program at Lizard Pond was designed to target positive soil and rock geochemistry results based on the Au-in-soil anomaly identified in 2021-2022 and consisted of three RAB drill holes totalling 196.6 metres drilled. Soil geochemistry and prospecting located a northeast trending Au-in-soil anomaly spanning approximately 1.0 km in strike in which all samples are equal to or greater than the 97.5th percentile (46.7ppb Au) of soil sampling results generated at Lizard Pond. This Au-in-soil anomaly has a strong Arsenic (As) and Antimony (Sb)-in-soil association. As and Sb are critical pathfinder elements for gold in Newfoundland. Rock geochemistry prospecting results (2022) in the area of the Au-in-soil anomaly returned numerous anomalous Au-in-rock values with notable values greater than 0.5 g/t Au and up to 1.04 g/t Au. Rotary Air Blast (RAB) Drilling: RAB drilling produces bedrock chip samples at 5-foot (1.52m) drilled intervals. Preliminary, multi-element rock geochemistry values are generated by handheld XRF, rock chips are photographed and logged to determine rock type, alteration, and mineralization. Upon completion of the drill hole a televiewer tool is lowered into the drillhole to provide an image of the geology from which structural measurements are interpreted and collected. Preliminary field observations indicate that the Phase 1 RAB drill program has been successful in intersecting and confirming interpreted structures and handheld XRF values suggest the presence of mineralization associated with these structures. All rock chip samples collected are Fire Assayed for gold along with a multi-element analysis that includes all key associated pathfinder elements.공시 • Sep 14Gander Gold Corporation Completes Phase I Drilling at BLT Project - Thwart IslandGander Gold Corporation announced that it has completed its maiden Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drilling program at Thwart Island, which is located in the Bay of Exploits and is part of Gander's wholly-owned Botwood-Laurenceton-Thwart Island (BLT) Project. Drill crew and associated geotechnical staff completed three RAB drill holes at the Islander ZoneJuly 28 - July 31, 2023, for a total of 193.5 meters. The RAB drill targets were defined from 2022 and 2023 soil sampling and prospecting results. Prospecting has identified the presence of arsenopyrite mineralization associated with quartz veining dominated by angular, sub-angular cobbles within thin overburden cover in the Islander Zone. This suggests that the overlying Au-in-soil geochemistry anomaly is likely from a nearby bedrock source and not from glacially transported material. Prior to the Summer 2023 drill program, a significant Au-in-soil anomaly referred to as the Islander Zone was defined on Thwart Island within the Company's BLT property. In addition, late 2022 prospecting results yielded a bedrock sample that returned 1.07 g/t Au and greater than 10,000 ppm Arsenic (As). Preliminary interpretation based on observed lithology and XRF values has confirmed the presence of arsenopyrite in chip samples and significant intervals of As occur in all three RAB drillholes. Prior to RAB drilling at Thwart Island, ground VLF surveys were conducted over the Islander Zone for the purpose of identifying structural controls occurring within the area of interest. RAB drilling produces bedrock chip samples at 5-foot (1.52m) drilled intervals. Preliminary, multi-element rock geochemistry values are generated by handheld XRF, rock chips are photographed and logged to determine rock type, alteration, and mineralization. Upon completion of the drillhole, a televiewer tool is lowered into the drillhole to provide an image of the geology from which structural measurements are collected and interpreted. Preliminary field observations indicate that the Phase 1 RAB drill program has been successful in intersecting and confirming interpreted structures and handheld XRF values suggest the presence of mineralization associated with these structures. All rock chip samples collected are Fire Assayed for gold along with a multi-element analysis that includes all key associated pathfinder elements. Upon completion of the RAB drill program at Thwart Island on July 31, 2023, the drill and personnel moved to Lizard Pond (Gander South Project - See Figure 1 for regional map). Prior to the RAB drilling at Thwart Island, the drill crew and geotechnical personnel completed the Phase 1 RAB program at the Company's wholly-owned 485 km2 Gander North Property, which included twenty-eight RAB holes. Separate updates will be provided on each of these programs as results are received, evaluated, and initial interpretations from the 2023 RAB drilling program are completed. Gander Gold Corporation has contracted the services of GroundTruth Exploration to conduct and manage the RAB drill programs in Newfoundland. RAB drilling produces rock chip samples, and a representative sample for each 5-foot (1.52m) interval of drilling is collected for analyses. Once sorted and logged all samples are shipped to SGS prep facility in Grand Falls NL and final analyses is performed at SGS Burnaby BC. At SGS Grand Falls NL individual samples are dried, crushed and pulverized (PRP89). Analyses at SGS Burnaby consists of a 30g Au Fire Assay (GE_FAA30V5), and a 25g sample is analysed for forty-nine elements by 2 Acid Leach with an ICP-MS finish (GE_ARM3V25). SGS Canada is a certified laboratory independent of Gander Gold Corporation. As part of the sampling protocol a QAQC program is adhered to and includes the insertion of industry approved standards, blanks, and the insertion of field duplicates. Alternating, standards, blanks and field duplicates are part of the sampling stream and amount to six QAQC samples per one-hundred samples collected.공시 • Sep 07Gander Gold Corp. Completes Phase 1 Drilling at Gander NorthGander Gold Corp. announced that Phase 1 Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drilling has been completed at its wholly-owned Gander North Project, a leading grassroots gold discovery opportunity in Newfoundland covering 485 sq. km Drill crew and associated geotechnical staff completed twenty-eight first-ever RAB drill holes (1,632 meters) at Gander North as part of this exploration program designed to prioritize the most prospective areas for initial diamond drilling. Eleven holes (663m) were completed in the Viking and Jonathan's Third Pond target areas and 17 RAB holes were completed across additional target areas to the east. Multiple untested target areas remain for a further phase of RAB drill testing and/or diamond drilling. First-ever RAB drilling has confirmed the interpreted structures and XRF results indicate these structures are locally mineralized over multi-meter intersections. Interpretation of the RAB drilling is ongoing and once all assay results are received, interpreted, and evaluated the diamond drill targeting exercise will commence. Soil geochemistry, geologic mapping, prospecting, LiDAR, and airborne MAG/VLF surveys, plus inversion modeling derived from ground VLF-EM surveys across specific interpreted structures have been used to generate RAB drill targets. The target areas are being tested by RAB drilling to confirm subsurface geology, subsurface bedrock geochemistry and for the presence of possible gold bearing structures. Gander has focused RAB drilling efforts primarily on northeast and north-northeast trending interpreted structures. RAB drilling produces bedrock chip samples at 5-foot (1.52m) drilled intervals. Preliminary, multi-element rock geochemistry values are generated by handheld XRF, rock chips are photographed and logged to determine rock type, alteration and mineralization, and upon completion of the drillhole a televiewer tool is lowered into the drillhole to provide an image of the geology from which structural measurements are interpreted and collected. Upon completion of the RAB drill program at Gander North on July 25, 2023, the drill and personnel moved to Thwart Island (BLT Project) and completed three drillholes, and later to Lizard Pond (Gander South Project) and completed three additional drillholes. Separate updates will be provided on these programs as initial interpretations are completed.공시 • May 18Gander Gold Corp. Announces the Start of First-Ever Drilling in NewfoundlandGander Gold Corp. announced the start of first-ever drilling in Newfoundland. For the past two years the company has systematically and methodically advanced an attractive pipeline of grassroots gold properties across a dominant land position of 2,259 sq. km, offering compelling high-grade discovery potential. Highlights: Gander has commenced a planned 70-hole rotary air blast drill program across four major projects beginning with the 485 sq. km Gander North Project, 15 km east of New Found Gold's Keats' Zone discovery; Gander North and Mt. Peyton are fully permitted for both preliminary air blast (RAB) drilling and follow-up diamond drilling. BLT and Cape Ray II drill permits are pending; In total across its eight Central Newfoundland Gold Belt projects, Gander Gold has outlined more than 100 linear km of potential strike along which gold-in-soil geochemistry anomalies are overlain on top of identified geophysical anomalies. The RAB drill program over the next few months at Gander North, Mt. Peyton, Thwart Island and Cape Ray II will provide first-ever testing of the bedrock and structural environments overlain by significant soil geochemistry anomalies. Data gathered from daily XRF measurements and in-hole televiewer will help guide the program and prioritize targets for follow-up diamond drilling. Geological mapping, prospecting, ground VLF-Mag geophysical surveys, and ground penetrating radar surveys are being employed ahead of drilling, as required, to optimize target definition. Drilling has started in the "Viking" area of Gander North where VLF surveys have outlined conductive structures underneath extensive soil anomalies.공시 • May 06Gander Gold Expands Golden Horseshoe Zone At Mount Peyton ProjectGander Gold Corp. provided a further update on its 956 sq. km Mount Peyton Project in Newfoundland, strategically located between Sokoman Minerals' Moosehead discovery to the west and New Found Gold's series of high-grade gold discoveries to the east highlighted by the Keats, Lotto and Golden Joint Zones. Gander Gold has carried out more work on the large Mount Peyton Project than any other company in Newfoundland exploration history, completing over 13,000 soil samples, airborne geophysical surveys (MAG-VLF, LiDAR), and structural analysis. Results to date are extremely encouraging, significantly elevating Mount Peyton's prospectivity within Gander's pipeline of eight separate projects. First-ever drilling at Mount Peyton is planned for 2023. In addition to the new Goldenrod Zone in the northwest portion of the property. most recent work has expanded the Golden Horseshoe Zone in the southwest corner of the property while also revealing an emerging target area in the southeast. Gander has taken approximately 4,669 B and C-horizon soil samples within the Golden Horseshoe Zone area (2021 and 2022), showing anomalous to extremely anomalous values across the approximate 150 sq. km target area; Of the 17 Au-in-soil samples reporting >100 ppb Au at the Mount Peyton Project, five occur in the Golden Horseshoe Zone (186.7 629.2 ppb Au); The Golden Horseshoe Zone, interpreted to be a fold hinge, defines the western margin of an area of "major structural discordance"; Associated with Au-in-soil anomalies are NE-SW trending Cu-in-soil anomalies which align with the axial plane of the Golden Horseshoe interpreted fold structure; Based on soil geochemistry results and geophysical survey interpretation, the area's geology may be significantly different from that which is indicated in available coarse public data; The large egg-shaped Mt. Peyton Property is made up of a granite intrusive surrounded by gabbro. It is conceivable given the location of the property relative to recent gold discoveries within the Gander Gold Belt that the granite intrusive is a possible heat engine which provided an impetus for gold to remobilize in deep-rooted favourable structures. A third target zone at Mount Peyton may emerge along the east -central portion of the project area, close to the Dog Bay Line and associated Appleton Fault structures. Here, As-Au-Sb-in-soil anomalies align with potential splays emanating from the Dog Bay Line - Appleton Fault system. Follow-up work will be performed in 2023 to further develop this emerging target zone. 구분배당 수익률회사 (GAND.F)n/a시장 하위 25% (US)1.4%시장 상위 25% (US)4.3%업계 평균 (Metals and Mining)1.5%분석가 예측 (GAND.F) (최대 3년)n/a주목할만한 배당금: 회사가 최근 지급을 보고하지 않았기 때문에 하위 25%의 배당금 지급자에 대해 GAND.F 의 배당 수익률을 평가할 수 없습니다. 이를 TTM(최근 12개월) 또는 LTM(지난 12개월) 데이터라고 합니다.

Associated with zones of gold mineralization is a strong supporting Silver-Arsenic-Antimony (Ag-As-Sb) geochemical signal, which is consistent with geochemical signals at other developing gold camps in Newfoundland.

Puddle Pond will be entitled to a one-time bonus payment of 500,000 Gander shares should Gander delineate a NI 43-101 compliant resource of 200,000 ounces of gold on the newly acquired claims.
공시 • Dec 01Gander Gold Discovers Significant Gold System At Lizard Pond Claims - Gander South ProjectGander Gold Corporation announced that its recently-completed Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drill program at its Lizard Pond claims, part of the larger Gander South Project, has identified significant gold bearing mineralization across all 65 meters of each of the three RAB drill holes at Lizard Pond. Results are pending for both BLT -Thwart Island and Gander North drill programs, and at each property, multiple untested target areas remain for a further phase of RAB drill testing and/or diamond drilling.

공시 • Sep 22Gander Gold Corp. All rock chip samples collected are Fire Assayed for gold along with a multi-element analysis that includes all key associated pathfinder elements.
공시 • Sep 14Gander Gold Corporation Completes Phase I Drilling at BLT Project - Thwart IslandGander Gold Corporation announced that it has completed its maiden Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drilling program at Thwart Island, which is located in the Bay of Exploits and is part of Gander's wholly-owned Botwood-Laurenceton-Thwart Island (BLT) Project. Alternating, standards, blanks and field duplicates are part of the sampling stream and amount to six QAQC samples per one-hundred samples collected.
공시 • Sep 07Gander Gold Corp. Upon completion of the RAB drill program at Gander North on July 25, 2023, the drill and personnel moved to Thwart Island (BLT Project) and completed three drillholes, and later to Lizard Pond (Gander South Project) and completed three additional drillholes. Separate updates will be provided on these programs as initial interpretations are completed.
공시 • May 18Gander Gold Corp. Drilling has started in the "Viking" area of Gander North where VLF surveys have outlined conductive structures underneath extensive soil anomalies.
공시 • May 06Gander Gold Expands Golden Horseshoe Zone At Mount Peyton ProjectGander Gold Corp. provided a further update on its 956 sq. km Mount Peyton Project in Newfoundland, strategically located between Sokoman Minerals' Moosehead discovery to the west and New Found Gold's series of high-grade gold discoveries to the east highlighted by the Keats, Lotto and Golden Joint Zones.
