Reports Ongoing Grid Sampling and Mapping At Lucky Boy Uranium ProjectNew Earth Resources Corp. provided an update on its ongoing exploration activities at its past-producing Lucky Boy uranium property (the "Project"). General exploration preparation followed by geologic fieldwork commenced toward the end of January 2026 and includes grid soil sampling on 100-metre line spacing with 50-metre sample intervals, in conjunction with detailed geological mapping. To date, approximately 40% of the core area of known mineralization has been automatically grid sampled. The Company is particularly encouraged from data suggesting that a relatively shallow reverse circulation (RC) drilling program conducted in 2006 tested only the upper portions of the quartzite formation hosting the uranium mineralization. Project site mapping and regional study of the quartzite host unit has established that intrusion of a low-angle, 50 to 100-metre-thick dark intrusive dike rock did serve to obscure much of the lithology hosting mineralization. Historic surface anomalies identified by both Mobile Metallic Ion ("MMI") surveys in 2006 and radon gas surveys conducted on the Project in 2023, may indicate a potential response to mineralization beneath the intrusive unit. Elevated radon values are suggestive that the trend of the uranium mineralization could extend to the south and west under cover. Field efforts in progress will remain focused on completing grid soil sampling, detailed geologic mapping and include efforts to identify structural pathways guiding the migration of radon gas. Preliminary geochemical sampling has been completed and will be shipped to Paragon Geochemical followed by further rock and soil samples.공시 • Feb 18New Earth Resources Corp. Discusses Integrated High-Resolution Airborne Geophysical Techniques for Targeted Rare Earth Element Exploration on Its Red Wine Rare Earth Elements ProjectNew Earth Resources Corp. announced how integrated high-resolution airborne geophysical Magnetic+Radiometric data reveals priority zones for targeted rare earth element exploration at its Red Wine Rare Earth Elements (REE) project (the "Project" or the "Property"), located in northwest Newfoundland and Labrador in central Labrador region. New Earth intends to utilize integrated magnetic (mag) and radiometric (rad) datasets to refine its exploration strategy. This approach focuses on identifying structural controls and mineral signatures typical of REE deposits. Structural Targeting: The combined datasets identify multiple high-priority targets that align with REE-bearing intrusive complexes. Radiometric Precision: Thorium Correlation: High equivalent Thorium (eTh) anomalies show a strong spatial link to structural trends and lithological contacts. Th/K Ratios: Surveying Pot potassium (K), Thorium (Th), and Uranium (U) channels helps identify elevated Thorium-to-Pot potassium (Th/K) ratios, a key indicator of Total Rare Earth Element enrichment. Magnetic Mapping: Lithological Contacts: Magnetic data is used to map faults, shears, and intrusions that host alkaline complex or carbonatites. These formations have a high potential to host REE mineralization and have been the target for REE, zirconium, niobium, and yttrium exploration programs carried out over past decades dating back to the 1970s. The Property sits within the broader Red Wine Intrusive Suite, including peralkaline granites and syenites as a part of the North and South Red Wine Plutons, with a documented history of REE-bearing minerals. Historic programs have revealed multiple discoveries for REE and associated commodities in the district--including Two Tom (Nb, Be, REE), North Red Wine (U, Zr), Partridge River (Th), and Mann (Nb, Zr, Th)-- that are geologically related with Playfair discoveries within the Red Wine Property. The technical content of this news release has been reviewed and approved by Mr. Babak V. Azar, P.Geo., an independent qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Historical reports respecting the Property were reviewed by the qualified person. The information provided has not been verified and is being treated as historic.공시 • Feb 10New Earth Resources Corp. Announces Plans for Lake Bottom Sediment Sampling Survey on its SL Rare Earth Elements ProjectNew Earth Resources Corp. announced that it has commenced planning for a lake bottom sediment sampling program for the Company's SL Project (the "Project"), a property prospective for rare earth elements (REE) in the Strange Lake area of Quebec, Canada. This initiative represents an initial evaluation of the Project's REE-related potential, with a focus on generating regional data layers that may inform future targeting considerations. Since about 85% of the Project is covered by a lake, a regional lake bottom sediment sampling program will be conducted to identify REE related potential subsurface mineral occurrences by analyzing the chemical dispersion within the secondary environment (lake catchment basins). The survey aims to define, outline, and prioritize geochemical REE related anomalies for follow-up exploration. Given the glaciated terrain of the region, this method offers a superior approach to identifying most correlated features with target potentials, efficiently narrowing the Company's search area to the most prospective geological settings. Sampling will focus on both shallow and deep basin sediments through a systematic grid pattern designed with a nominal density of 10-15 samples per square kilometer, which is subject to adjustment based on specific targets or lake availability. This campaign is planned to be implemented in late winter-early spring (February to April) as an optimized strategy for regional geochemical exploration, through leveraging ice cover for safe and cost-effective access. This timing minimizes environmental disturbance and ensures high-quality sampling of sediments. The proposed lake bottom sediment sampling program will provide a rapid, cost-effective, and comprehensive regional geochemical assessment, allowing the Company to accurately delineate high-potential REE related targets in the property, optimizing potential subsequent exploration expenditures. The SL Project consists of 23 claims covering approximately 1,102 hectares, over which the Company holds an option to acquire a 100% interest. Its proximity (just a few kilometers) and geological correlation to the established Strange Lake district underscore the SL Project's potential for significant REE deposit discoveries. 공시 • Feb 24New Earth Resources Corp. Preliminary geochemical sampling has been completed and will be shipped to Paragon Geochemical followed by further rock and soil samples.

공시 • Feb 10New Earth Resources Corp. 공시 • Feb 06New Earth Resources Corp. Announces Plans for Airborne Geophysics Surveys on Its Red Wine Rare Earth Elements ProjectNew Earth Resources Corp. announced that it has commenced planning for a series of airborne geophysics surveys as an important part of the preliminary exploration program at its Red Wine Rare Earth Elements (REE) project (the "Project"), located in east Newfoundland and Labrador. The planned airborne geophysics surveys have been designed using efficient 50 metre flight lines to collect information from geological characteristics along with radioactive elements (U & Th) anomalies. The Company intends on undertaking a magnetic survey designed to collect information regarding geological characteristics including structural and lithological features combined with a radiometric survey to collect any possible correlation between radioactive elements including uranium and thorium anomalies and the REE target mineralization. The Project, covering approximately 1,575 hectares, is located in the Central Mineral Belt (CMB) of Labrador and underlain predominately by the Red Wine Complex lithologies, including peralkaline volcanic, porphyritic rocks, and peralkaline and alkaline plutonic rocks. These formations have a high potential to host REE, zirconium, niobium, and yttrium exploration programs carried out over past decades dating back to the 1970s. The Project sits within the broader Red Wine Intrusive Suite, including peralkaline granites and syenites as a part of the North and South Red Wine Plutons, with a documented history of REE-bearing minerals. Historic programs have revealed multiple discoveries for REE and associated commodities in the district--including Two Tom (Nb, Be, REE), North Red Wine (U, Zr), Partridge River (Th), and Mann (Nb, Zr, Th)-- that are geologically related with Playfair discoveries within the Red Wine Project. 공시 • Jan 20New Earth Resources Corp. Announces Exploration Plans on Its Red Wine Rare Earth Elements ProjectNew Earth Resources Corp. announced the initiation of exploration activities on its Red Wine Rare Earth Elements (REE) project (the "Project"), located in east Newfoundland and Labrador. The Project, covering approximately 1,575 hectares, is located in the Central Mineral Belt (CMB) of Labrador and is underlain predominately by the Red Wine Complex lithologies, including peralkaline volcanic, porphyritic rocks, and peralkaline and alkaline plutonic rocks. These formations have a high potential to host REE mineralization and have been the target for REE, zirconium, niobium, and yttrium exploration programs carried out over past decades dating back to the 1970s. The Project sits within the broader Red Wine Intrusive Suite, including peralkaline granites and syenites as a part of the North and South Red Wine Plutons, with a documented history of REE-bearing minerals. Historic programs have revealed multiple discoveries for REE and associated commodities in the district--including Two Tom (Nb, Be, REE), North Red Wine (U, Zr), Partridge River (Th), and Mann (Nb, Zr, Th)-- that are geologically related with Playfair discoveries within the Project. Historic analysis of multiple grab samples within the Project returned results greater than 1% TREO, with a highest grade of 5.37% TREO. The Planned Exploration Program: This phase of exploration aims to generate various exploration information layers along a systematic program at two different scales--regional and local--to be referenced for area reduction and REE mineralization potential targeting, as well as to investigate the existing mineralization within the Project area. Regional Scale: The planned regional-scale exploration program includes regional prospecting across the Project, airborne geophysics, remote sensing, and regional soil sampling. Prospecting: Designed to identify outcrops and conduct sampling. Geophysics: Includes re-interpretation of the historic magnetic and radiometric surveys conducted in July 2010 followed by conducting a more detailed (50m line spacing) magnetic+radiometric survey across the southern and northern claims of the Project in order to cover the missing areas and accordingly provide a detailed interpretation. These surveys are designed to identify REE potentials as new discoveries within the Project and to reveal the correlation between existing REE mineralization and geophysical interpretations. Local Scale: The exploration program includes geological mapping of existing mineralization zones and local geochemical soil sampling as well as limited ground geophysical data acquisition. These activities are designed to assess the existing potential, further define the geological and geochemical features associated with the capabilities, and generate geochemical and geophysical models applied for new discoveries.
