Rob will succeed Greg Fitzgerald, who will step down from the role of Executive Chair at the AGM. Rob Woodward has served as Non-Executive Senior Independent Director of the Company and Chair of the Nomination Committee since joining the Board in May 2024 following a robust search process. Rob was appointed to undertake an enhanced role providing clear and detailed oversight on governance matters, while also engaging with investors and other stakeholders, to lead on the recruitment of new Non-Executive Directors and to oversee the CEO succession process. Rob has extensive experience across both the public and private sectors. In particular, he has longstanding experience of FTSE businesses, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of STV Group plc for over ten years, and he is currently the Chair of Ebiquity plc. His appointment as Chair of Vistry will provide important strategic continuity, notably relating to the partnerships model, and represents an effective transition of the leadership of the Board.
