WO Group acquired Securitas AB Airport security business in France from Securitas AB (publ) (OM:SECU B) on March 24, 2025. WO Group is highly experienced in the French Aviation market and will continue to develop the business to the benefit of the clients and the employees, this is something that has been a priority for us throughout this process. The divestment is part of our strategic execution where we will continue our assessment of our business mix and presence to enhance our performance and long-term competitive position. Full year 2024 sales were approximately SEK 1.5 billion with an operating margin well below average in Securitas Europe. The transaction is estimated to have no material impact on the balance sheet or cash flow for the Group.

Securitas AB (OM:SECU B) agreed to acquire electronic security businesses of STANLEY Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. for approximately SEK 500 million. Securitas AB (OM:SECU B) agreed to acquire electronic security businesses of STANLEY Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. for approximately SEK 500 million on September 28, 2020. The purchase price is estimated to be SEK 563 million whereas the acquisition-related costs are expected to be SEK 60 million. The acquisition includes electronic security businesses in Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, Singapore and India. Total sales of the in-scope business amounted to SEK 748 million in 2019. Securitas AB (OM:SECU B) entered into an agreement to acquire Fredon Security from Fredon Industries Pty Ltd. for AUD 32 million on December 11, 2019. Fredon Security’s annual sales were AUD 37 million in the financial year ending June 30, 2019. Approximately 110 employees located across Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth and Sydney will join Securitas along with Fredon Security Managing Director, Danny Berkovic.
