Tomra Systems ASA (OB:TOM) entered into an agreement to acquire C&C Consolidated Holdings, LLC for $60 million. Tomra Systems ASA (OB:TOM) entered into an agreement to acquire C&C Consolidated Holdings, LLC for $60 million on September 22, 2025. TOMRA will pay a consideration of $45 million for the shares. An additional consideration of up to $15 million will be contingent on performance milestones up until the end of 2027 as part of an earn-out structure.
