Executes Agreement with Precision Power Products (India) Private LimitedOzop Energy Solutions. has announced that its fully owned subsidiary Power Conversion Technologies Inc. has executed a Technology Development Agreement and a Reseller Agreement with Precision Power Products (India) Private Limited (PPP). PPP has entered into a Technology Development Agreement (the TDA) with PCTI. This agreement is structured under three categories: FULL DESIGN, PARTIAL DESIGN and JOINT DESIGN, known as Model B. The purpose of the TDA is to permit PPP to purchase PCTI products and/or components for resale in India under the name PPP. PPP has entered into a Reseller Agreement, whereas PPP will be an active representative in the India market for PCTI, known as contact Model A.

(OTCPK:OZSC) in a reverse merger transaction on February 28, 2020. Power Conversion Technologies, Inc. entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire Ozop Surgical Corp. in a reverse merger transaction on June 26, 2020. Upon closing, Catherine Chis shall receive 0.047 million shares of Series C, 0.0187 million shares of Series D, and 0.0005 million shares of Series E Preferred Stock. In addition, Ozop Surgical shall pay an amount equal to $0.4 million to PCTI in multiple tranches with an initial tranche or tranches totaling $0.1 million within 90 days from the signing of this Binding LOI and with the total Payment amount being paid in full at the latest upon execution of the Definitive Agreement or at such other date as shall be specified by the Parties. In conjunction with the LOI, Michael Chermak and Barry Hollander resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer respectively, and Brian Conway was named Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Michael Chermak remains as the sole Director of Ozop Surgical Corp. The Parties further undertake that prior to the Closing, each of Ozop Surgical and Power Conversion Technologies shall have obtained all requisite consents and approvals including, without limitation, board of director approval and shareholder consent, as are necessary for the approval of the transaction, and the execution of all related documents including, without limitation, the Definitive Agreement. The transaction is expected to close by June 30, 2020. As on June 26, 2020, the closing of the stock purchase agreement shall occur on or before July 10, 2020.

Wins Contract to Upgrade 1MW Navy Power SupplyOzop Energy Solutions. announced that Power Conversion Technologies Inc. has been awarded the contract for USD 290,000 on a project to upgrade a 1 MW power supply that was customized for the U.S. Navy. The power supply will be used in an application for the U.S. Navy at one of the country’s large naval bases. The power supply that the U.S. Navy has contracted PCTI to upgrade was originally purchased in 2015 for the Pacific Command, and is being improved as the Navy’s requirements for the classified marine propulsion application have been refined. The Pacific Command has been working in close collaboration with PCTI for over two years to finalize the U.S. Navy’s requirements to support this effort.
